Workaholic Me.

I LOVE INTERNSHIP!

Haha. I'm really starting to enjoy this internship. I'm enjoying it so much that I start singing while working and keep smiling day in day out.

I've learnt so many things. From the most basic data entry to brain-cells-killing bank balance reconciliation. But I love them all. I love all the tasks and assignments given to me.

I'm happy that I'm performing up to expectations. From my supervisor's feedback, he said that up till now, I've performed up to expectations and is efficient. I'm so proud of myself.

The one thing I love most is always going to him for work.

Up till now, the tasks I've done are:

I've really learnt alot of things recently. But work can be real tiring. I've kind of slowed down my pace. I really need some rest.

Anyway, all I can say is that I'm a happy happy girl and I look forward to work!

P.S: I miss all my friends from school.

Oh gosh. I MISS EVERYONE!

Shopping Thrill?

Yesterday I finally bought the bubble foot spa massager which I've wanted to get for a long time and also topped up my supply of masks.

Today I bought quite a few things: 4 tops, 4 pairs of earrings and 1 pair of Body Shop moisturizing socks. And yeah, I finally bought the yellow ribbon (it's been my wish to support the ex-convicts).

After my shopping and on my way home, I then realized that I don't feel that happy or great after all. Where ever has the joy and thrill of shopping gone to? I used to feel really happy and all smiley after shopping but not today.

Whatever is the problem?

I've no idea.

Maybe I'm too tired.

One Big Family.

Today was the family photo shoot. Had to pose for such a long time that I got a stiff neck and painful feet after the shoot (I was wearing heels and had to stand on a wobbly bench).

Anyway, I didn't realize how big my family is until today. I've got 4 aunts and 3 uncles (my dad's not included yet). So just imagine them with their spouses and their children. On average, 2 children each. So that kind of adds up to a rather big family.

And yeah, today everyone looks handsome and beautiful. Hate to admit it but even my brother looks handsome today. Haha. It's his 1st time in formal and he loves it.

After the shoot, we went to Yunnan Restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we celebrated birthday for the September babies. There are 7 September babies in total. My grandma, Aunt Yue'er, cousin Ni Ni, cousin Wei Hang, 2 other relatives (so so sorry, but I've forgotten who), and myself. Hee, my memory's really getting from bad to worst.

After the whole celebration, Christine, Daniel and I went shopping. Walked around and bought a few stuff and then went home. Dan's having his prelim tomorrow so we went back early.

Hey Dan, wish you best of luck for tomorrow's prelim!

Anyway, that's how I spent my Sunday.

Aww. Tomorrow have to go back to work. No wonder there's something such as "Monday blues". Now I finally understand. Haha.

Say Cheese!

Tomorrow will be going for a family photo shoot (quan jia fu). Have to wake up really early as we have to reach the studio at 11am. So there goes my plan of sleeping in.

Anyway, will have to really dress up and doll up. Guys are to wear long sleeve formal top and to bring along their blazer, while ladies are to wear nice outfit and to make up.

Can't decide what to wear cause all I have is either casual or office wear. Argh.

Maybe I should ask Christine what she'll be wearing.

Well, gotta go put on my mask now and go to bed early. Wanna look beautiful tomorrow. Haha. So vain of me.

Mooncakes.

Today I just tried this mooncake which Uncle Ka Seng brought back from China.

Guess the flavour?

It's . . .

MOCHA!

Woohoo! Mocha mooncakes! Sounds weird huh? But it's really nice. *thumbs up & grinning like mad*

Anyway, durian ice kachang taste weird.

Oh well, I'm such a glutton. Yummy yum yum.

This is my paradise, where I indulge my senses grandiloquently.

A collective effort to keep family & friends updated, and for random strangers to pop by.

I wanted to put a HUGE picture of myself in this space, but being the technologically challenged person that I am, I can't figure out the mojo of it.

So I guess I'll just have to make do with scattering loads of random self-shots all over the blog!
